I wanted to let you know that if you ever need it for a testimonial...

I run one of your largest banner sizes on the side of my box truck. I purchased one and have been running it on the truck as a test and plan on adding another one. I applied it with industrial velcro. Living in New England, it has stood up to some freezing temperatures and 80 miles an hour interstate driving, including pouring rain.

Thrilled - Standup Looked Great
I ordered a Standup from you and wanted to let you know how pleased I was with both the product and the service. I had some difficulty uploading the file for the project, and the service reps were patient and helped me with the process. Then they contacted me because there was some concern over the quality of the picture. When the end product arrived, I was thrilled with how great it looked. The recipient was also bowled over - - the standup now resides in her office, and people have been known to walk in and start talking to it before they realize it's just cardboard!

Can Decorate Weddings Too
I have a daughter getting married in 21 months and I was surfing the web for decorating ideas when I found your site. I was somewhat familiar with your company because I helped my daughter with her Junior Prom several years ago and many of the decorations for that event came from ShindigZ.
I really liked that your web site had a section just for weddings. This made it very easy to look at things that were wedding related without having to go through everything on your site. I was amazed at how much you actually have.
I liked the idea of doing draping with the shimmera & gossamer but had called to ask if I could get swatches. The young lady I spoke to not only ordered swatches for me (I got them in less than a week!) but also told me about other items that were available on the ShindigZ site.
I felt this young lady really wanted to help me find the right items to get the perfect effect for this wedding. My daughter has chosen a Renaissance theme for her wedding and I want to keep that essence while still having things feel like a traditional wedding as well.
The swatches are great and I can't wait to show them to my daughter. I am sure we can use them in many ways to create a beautiful setting.

Received Early Than Promised
I ordered a personalized banner with her photo on it for my daughter's birthday and it was perfect. She absolutely loved it! I placed the order in hopes that it would get to me in time for her party. Initially the ship date was only 2 days prior to the party and I didn't know that it would arrive in time. To my surprise I received the beautiful banner with her picture 2 days before the ship date! WOW!! I am so pleased with the product and quick turn around to get it to me. It certainly was the talk of the party! I really appreciate the professionalism and great prices!

I'm impressed that my email was actually answered! Most online order companies don't reply after an order is submitted. So far the 2 other Halloween banners I've ordered have been perfect and I've been very happy with them; I'm sure I'll like this one just as much. Also just to let you know, I ordered one Halloween banner in 2005 and had it hanging outside for the month of October in 2005 and 2006 and it held up beautifully through wind, rain and sun. I've just put it up again this year and it still looks brand new!

I RECENTLY ORDERED BIRTHDAY LUAU DECORATIONS FOR MY NIECE AND I HAD IT FORWARDED TO HER IN HER NAME. SHE WILL BE 7 YEARS OLD IN AUGUST. SHE SAID SHE WANTED A LUAU THEME PARTY SO I WENT INTO THE NET AND I FOUND YOUR COMPANY. Banner Better Than Competitor - I'm Sold!
I ordered a vinyl banner for our annual block party from another company and was very disappointed – and that’s an understatement! Although their banner was a bit cheaper – I got exactly what I paid for – a thin, break in the wind banner that looked horrible – I never hung it. I turned to ShindigZ for my next banner – and I’m sold! So thick and durable, I can save it and use it again next year – it turned out to be the bargain. At $13.79 it was worth every penny. I am thrilled with the merchandise I received from your company. We are having a Western end-of-school party and the decorations I ordered are PERFECT.

I would also like to COMPLIMENT your wonderful Customer Service staff. I received a personalized banner for the party and the box was so badly damaged upon arrival that the banner was bent in half causing a major crease down the center of the banner. NOT GOOD! However, the Customer Service person I spoke with immediately processed another order and is having it shipped to me in time for our party. You Really Made Me Look Good
Now that we have put the decorations up, I can honestly say that the entire office looks TERRIFIC!!! The split rail fence and dancing boots were definitely a huge hit as well as the saloon panel with the lights on it - - very neat. The cowboy mugs, hats, bandanas, cow balloons..... just great. Much Better Than Other Companies
I ordered several items for my Son's birthday, the Hocuc Pocus party pack and party favors. With in just a couple of days I received my order (even though I did the standard shipping). I was very impressed with how quickly it shipped. One of the items was damaged in shipping so I called your Customer Service desk. Without any hassel a replacement item was shipped 2 day express as the party was a little less than a week away.

The same day I ordered these items I ordered others from a different company the order was supposed to have shipped the same day but 2 days before the party I had not received the shippement. It took me over 1/2 an hour on the phone arguing with the other company to try and have the shipment resent. Eventually they agreed and it was a good thing because the original order arrived the afternoon of the party just as guest were leaving. This experience just made me more grateful for the excellent service ShindigZ provided.

I wish you could've seen our granddaughter's face when I opened the box and pulled out that adorable cow pinata. She was so delighted. She's 5 and she wanted a "farm animal" party. We searched and searched but found no farm animal themes from Florida to Tennessee. Thanks for having such a great selection!

One suggestion - a little barn suitable for caketop. I made one out of shrink plastic, but would rather have bought (a more perfect) one.

Hello! I wanted to let you know again how much I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received when I placed my order. The young lady that helped me really did go out of her way to make sure I was getting what I needed. I had to call back the other night to inquire about making a return and the young man that answered was also very helpful. We love the costumes we purchased. Twins Birthday Was Perfect
I just wanted to Thank You for allowing my twin sons to have such a wonderful Birthday. I had some problems with my payment but that was straightened out quickly.
